ALDI with very good service

Well, it was a stressy day last friday, and I quickly had to buy some food, so I jumped into the nearest ALDI-SUED store. Two days after I noticed, that I could´nt find my glasses anymore. So after one week continous search in the office, car and flat I today wanted to call the ALDI store - but didn´t find the number of the local store - because they have none! So I called the central number of ALDI HQ in germany, without expecting that they were super friendly and called the local store internally, while I was in a fancy-music-loop. Unfortunately they didn´t find my glasses, but I found their service really great. Thanks!
btw: did anyone see my glasses? ;)
